Sea Perch RV Resort

Sea Perch RV Resort, located at milepost 171 on Highway 101 and 6.5 miles south of Yachats, features 29 full hook-up sites, including 17 pull-throughs of which 11 are oceanfront.

Amenities include cable television, WiFi, restrooms with showers, laundromatt, picnic tables, and a clubhouse. They also offer a convenience store.

Guests will enjoy long walks on the beach, beachcombing for agates and seashells, or storm watching in the winter at Sea Rose Beach.

As of 2007, the Sea Perch RV Resort is offering 29 sites for sale, with the option to purchase one of their park model/cottages. Other improvements for 2007 include larger RV sites, paved roads, leveled and concreted RV pads, 50-amp power service to each site, playground equipment, and a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse. This new clubhouse features a workout room, several seating areas, a full kitchen, game room, men's and women's restrooms with their own showers, and more.
