Toledo

Located on the Yaquina River just seven miles east of Newport on Hwy 20, Toledo’s sheltered location on the estuary of the Yaquina River provides warmer temperatures perfect for outdoor activities, boating, and picnicking.

The Port of Toledo’s free public boat launch is 1.7 miles south of town on South Bay Road. Beautiful hanging flower baskets thrive May through September in the Historic Main Street district, where the largest mosaic tile mural in the Northwest depicts the history of the town next to city hall.

Several resident artists have galleries in the Art District. A railroad historical display interprets the rail and timber history of Lincoln County. Ollala Valley Golf Club offers nine holes.
