The Yaquina Pacific Railroad connected Toledo with the Willamette Valley. The Yaquina Pacific Railroad Historical Society is involved in exploring and preserving the railroad and timber history in and around Lincoln County and particularly Toledo. Its collection of antique railroad rolling stock and equipment can be viewed from 10:00 to 2:00, Monday through Saturday, year round.
