Nothing demonstrates the growth of the hispanic population along the Oregon Coast better than the increased number of Mexican restaurants. These can be modest or elegant, but they almost always bring with them the owner's pride in the heritage of Mexico. Your chances of getting authentic Mexican cuisine are much better in one of these than the fast-food versions.
