Oceanside Beach/Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge

This little park in Oceanside offers beach access and close views of Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge. In summer, scan for substantial flocks of western gull, brown pelican, and cormorants dining near shore. Common loon, surf scoter, and western and red-necked grebe are observed in fall and winter.

From Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint, proceed south on Cape Meares Scenic Loop Road, turn right on Pacific Avenue to the parking lot. From Highway 101 S in Tillamook, turn right onto 3rd Street/Netarts Highway W. Follow it 8.7 miles, then turn left on Pacific Avenue to the parking lot.
