This is a duplex vacation rental located in Rockaway Beach. It can be rented separately or together. Each unit has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and living room. If rented together, they will sleep up to eight persons. The two bedrooms in the upstairs unit contain queen-size beds, as well as vaulted ceilings and a balcony. The downstairs unit has one queen-size bed and a full bed. These units include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. This duplex normally requires a two-night minimum stay, but during the holidays, they require a three-night stay. Discounts are offered for five consecutive nights, and the owners rent only to those 21 years or older. They require a refundable deposit, forbid smoking indoors, and allow pets for an additional fee. Guests enjoy relaxing on the beach, crabbing, fishing, hunting, whalewatching, and playing golf.
