This vacation rental house offers 3,200 square feet of living space that sleeps up to 14 persons.

This five-bedroom, three-bath house contains two living rooms, two fireplaces, a dining room that seats 10, a game room, and large kitchen equipped with all the major appliances. In addition, a 14-piece dish and serving set, and pots of varying sizes are ready for use. The Captain's Quarters bedroom upstairs contains a king-size bed, cable TV, writing desk, and large closet. The full bathroom upstairs contains towels and body-care products.

With a five-night stay minimum during the summer months, the owners have summer and winter rental rates. They allow well-behaved dogs for a fee, with a maximum of two dogs. They also require a security and cleaning deposit.
